<h2>1. INTRODUCTION & ELIGIBILITY1.1. The XPET UNITED SHOP & WIN 2026/2027 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by XPET UNITED SDN. BHD. (“Organiser”) and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.1.2. The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and lawful residents aged 18 years and above, including those residing in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.1.3. Employees of the Organiser, its related companies, appointed Campaign agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.1.4. Each participant may register only one account. All information provided must be accurate and complete.2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD2.1. The Campaign runs from 1 December 2026, 12:00 AM to 28 February 2027, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time).2.2. All qualifying purchases and receipt submissions must be completed within the Campaign Period.2.3. The Organiser may amend the Campaign Period where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, with appropriate notice to participants.3. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS3.1. All dry food, wet food, treats and other products under these participating brands are eligible.3.3. Purchases from different participating brands and product ranges may be accumulated.4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE4.1. Purchase any participating products from legitimate physical retail stores or online sellers in Malaysia during the Campaign Period.4.2. There is no minimum purchase amount. All verified eligible purchases will be accumulated to determine the final Top Spender rankings.4.3. Register and submit your purchase receipt(s) through the official Campaign website.4.4. Participants may submit multiple receipts throughout the Campaign Period. Each receipt may only be submitted once.4.5. Only the actual amount paid for participating products after discounts and vouchers will count towards accumulated spending. Shipping fees, non-participating products, cancelled orders and refunded purchases are excluded.4.6. Participants must retain their original receipts for verification and prize redemption. For online purchases, a valid Delivery Order (DO) is mandatory for final prize verification.4.7. The Organiser will not reimburse any costs incurred by participants in making qualifying purchases or participating in the Campaign.5. SELECTION OF WINNERS5.1. Tie-BreakingIf two or more participants have the same final accumulated verified purchase value, the participant who first reached that amount through valid receipt submissions, based on the system's recorded submission timestamp, will be ranked higher.5.4. No Random DrawWinners are determined according to the published ranking and eligibility criteria. No random lucky draw will be conducted.6. RECEIPT VERIFICATION6.1. All submitted receipts are subject to verification by the Organiser.6.2. Duplicate, altered, fraudulent, cancelled or refunded receipts will be disqualified.6.3. Participants may be required to provide original receipts, invoices, Delivery Orders or other relevant supporting documents.6.4. Only verified eligible purchases will be included in the accumulated purchase value.6.5. The Organiser may reject invalid or unverifiable submissions on reasonable grounds. 7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & PRIZE COLLECTION7.1. The 30 Monthly Carnilove Gift Box recipients will be announced by the 28th day of each respective month, subject to receipt verification and the availability of eligible participants.7.2. The final list of 79 Top Spender winners will be announced by 31 March 2027, following the completion of purchase verification and final ranking confirmation.7.3. Winner announcements will be published through the Organiser's official Campaign website and/or social media platforms. Potential Top Spender winners will also be contacted using their registered contact details after the Campaign ends.7.4. Potential winners must respond and provide the required verification documents within seven (7) calendar days from the date of official notification.7.5. Failure to respond or meet the eligibility requirements within the specified period may result in disqualification. Before final prize confirmation, the next eligible participant may move up in ranking.7.6. Final prize allocations will be confirmed before prize distribution begins. Prizes already distributed will not be recalled solely because another winner subsequently fails to claim a prize.7.7. All vehicle prizes, including the Proton e.MAS 5 and Yamaha NVX ABS V3, are awarded on a vehicle-only basis.7.8. Vehicle winners must personally collect their prizes at a designated location within Klang Valley, Malaysia. The exact location will be communicated to confirmed winners.7.9. Vehicle insurance, road tax, registration fees, number plate fees, transportation, shipping, travel, accommodation and other related expenses are not included. All such costs shall be borne by the respective winners.7.10. Vehicle winners must complete the necessary documentation and collection arrangements within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of official prize confirmation, provided that the vehicle is ready for handover.7.11. Requests for an extension must be submitted in writing before the collection deadline and may be considered on reasonable grounds. Any approved extension shall not exceed seven (7) additional calendar days.7.12. Failure to collect the vehicle within the specified period, including any approved extension, may result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to applicable law.7.13. A forfeited vehicle prize may be offered to the highest-ranked eligible participant on the reserve list who has not already received a Top Spender Prize, based on verified accumulated spending. Any such reallocation will not affect prizes already fulfilled.7.14. Vehicle handover is subject to applicable registration, insurance and other legal requirements. 8. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS8.1. Participants must provide genuine purchase documents and accurate personal information. Fraudulent participation, duplicate accounts and purchases intended for wholesale or resale are not eligible.8.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.8.3. Prize images are for illustration purposes only. Where a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, a replacement of equal or greater value may be offered, subject to applicable law.8.4. The Organiser may make reasonable amendments to the Campaign where necessary and permitted by law, with appropriate notice to participants.8.5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, based on reasonable grounds.8.6. By participating, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.8.7. Any disputes will be reviewed by the Organiser in good faith, based on the published Campaign rules and supporting records, without affecting participants' rights under Malaysian law.8.8. The Campaign offers 79 Top Spender Prizes and 90 Monthly Carnilove Gift Boxes, with an advertised total reward value of RM188,000.8.9.
